This small group breathwork session is an opportunity to step out of that for a while.
Using a simple breathing technique, I'll guide you through a practice designed to help you slow down, quiet the noise and create a bit more space in your head and body.
You don't need any experience, there's nothing to get right. Just come as you are.
Maximum 4 people to keep the session relaxed, personal and supportive.
